Dr Simon Rahme

Dr Simon Rahme is a graduate from Macquarie University, with a Bachelor of Medical science and a Masters of Chiropractic. After graduating, Dr Rahme gained experience in treatment of low back pain, core stability retraining, running and other sports biomechanics training and dietary modification. Dr Rahme practices all facets of chiropractic, he thoroughly enjoys caring for the whole family, and believes that prevention and regular maintenance is the key to good health.

Dr Rahme has a strong reputation in the teaching field and is currently the lead lecturer and tutor of the Chiropractic A Masters course at Macquarie University. Dr Rahme is also a member of Chiropractic Australasia, Australian Spinal Research Foundation and Sports Medicine Australia. Dr Rahme has also attained numerous postgraduate accreditations in chiropractic and has attended many seminars and workshops. Dr Rahme has participated in a wide variety of sports including soccer, cycling and swimming in which he has developed a vast first hand knowledge of sporting injuries.

“I adopt a holistic approach to my treatments and strive to locate and treat the underlying cause of all symptoms. I like to explain in detail my diagnosis and treatments so that patients have a full understanding of their condition. I believe in using my time effectively, with most of this time involving hands on treatment. When necessary, I provide exercises and comprehensive advice for returning to activities of daily living, occupation and sports.”
